About Nathan -
Background & Playing Career
Nathan has been passionate about football since the age of 5, developing his skills through grassroots clubs and advancing to play at a high level. At just 16 years old, he made his senior debut in the Australian National Premier League for Peninsula Power.
At 18, Nathan joined the Australian Defence Force, where he both served and represented the ADF football team. After leaving the Defence Force, he continued his playing career by joining the Southside Comets in the Cairns Men’s Premier League. During his time there, he earned back-to-back Team of the Year selections in 2022 and 2023, recognition of his consistent performances at the highest local level.
In 2024, Nathan suffered a tibia fracture while playing in Brisbane, which ruled him out for the season. Determined to return, he signed with Edge Hill United in 2025. Unfortunately, during his first appearance in the Australia Cup, he sustained an ACL injury and is currently in recovery. Despite these setbacks, Nathan’s resilience and determination remain at the heart of his football journey.
